About Us

CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION "INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION "CLEAR FIELD"

We help military personnel, communities and social initiatives by organizing charitable fundraisers and implementing humanitarian projects.

About the Foundation

Charitable Organization "International Charitable Foundation "CLEAR FIELD" was established to unite the efforts of caring people, businesses and partners in order to provide timely and effective assistance where it is needed most.

We work to quickly, responsibly and transparently accumulate charitable contributions and direct them toward specific projects and support programs. The foundation's main areas of activity include assistance to Ukraine's defenders, territorial communities, critical infrastructure facilities, and humanitarian and social initiatives.

In its activities, the foundation is guided by the principles of legality, openness, integrity and responsible use of every hryvnia received. We believe charity must be as transparent as possible, and every donor has the right to know exactly how their contributions are used.

Our Work Principles:

  • official state registration and activity in accordance with Ukrainian law;
  • openness and transparency of financial activity;
  • targeted and effective use of charitable contributions;
  • responsibility to donors, partners and aid recipients;
  • public communication of the results of completed projects and programs.

We strive to build long-term partnerships based on mutual trust, professionalism and a shared desire to do good. Regardless of the scale of support, every contribution is an important part of a common effort and helps change people's lives for the better.

We are open to cooperation with donors, volunteers, civil society organizations, state institutions, businesses and international partners. Together, we can implement socially significant projects, support those who need help and make a meaningful contribution to Ukraine's development and recovery.

Foundation of Our Work

Mission, Values and Principles

The foundation builds its work around trust, verified needs and clear results for those who provide assistance and those who receive it.

Mission

To attract and direct charitable assistance to where it has practical impact: defense, medical support, recovery and support for people in difficult circumstances.

Values

Responsibility, honesty, humanity, respect for donors and aid recipients, and readiness to act quickly when a need is urgent.

Work Principles

Every fundraiser or project has a clear purpose, a verified request, defined recipients and follow-up confirmation of how the aid was used.

Process

How Decisions Are Made

Receiving a Request

The foundation accepts requests from units, institutions, communities, partners or initiative groups with a description of the need and expected result.

Verifying the Need

The team clarifies documents, contacts, request scope, urgency, procurement or transfer options and alignment with the foundation's work areas.

Decision and Implementation

After a request is confirmed, the foundation determines the support format: charitable fundraiser, partner aid, humanitarian project or direct transfer of resources.

Verification

How Requests for Aid Are Checked

The foundation does not open a fundraiser or transfer aid without preliminary analysis of the request and responsible contacts.

  • the source of the request and contact person are checked;
  • the actual need, quantity, deadlines and place of transfer are clarified;
  • where possible, the request is confirmed with documents, letters or partner recommendations;
  • the request is assessed for alignment with the foundation's areas of activity;
  • after aid is transferred, confirmations, acts, photo or video materials are collected when this does not create security risks.

International Cooperation

The foundation is open to future cooperation with international charitable organizations, the Ukrainian diaspora, humanitarian initiatives, businesses and private donors outside Ukraine.

At this stage, international programs are not yet active. Once partnerships appear, this section will publish information about cooperation formats, support areas and implemented joint projects.

Geography of Aid

The foundation's assistance may be transferred to regions of Ukraine where there is a confirmed need: defense, medical, humanitarian, recovery or social support.

Priority is determined not only by geography, but also by urgency, impact, the recipient's readiness to provide confirmation and the possibility of safe implementation.

Information Security

Some information about recipients, routes, exact transfer locations, quantities of equipment or project details may not be published openly.

This limitation is applied when publication could create risks for military personnel, medical workers, communities, volunteers or foundation partners.

Cooperation and Support

We are open to cooperation with charitable organizations, volunteer initiatives, businesses, logistics partners, manufacturers, communities and people who are ready to join practical assistance.

Partnership can be financial, material, organizational, informational or volunteer-based.

Reporting

Transparency After Program Implementation

After charitable programs are implemented, materials confirming aid transfers and project results will be published.

  • financial reports;
  • information on the use of funds;
  • aid transfer acts;
  • photo and video reports;
  • annual foundation reports.
